| This component will pilot innovative ideas that need experimentation, learning and incubation and have the potential for being scaled up and replicated. Some of the pilots will include technology and product development related to agricultural processing and value addition and information technology in collaboration with other development initiatives like E-Lanka, Community Radio and Pradeshiya Sabha Incentive Fund. |
